This is achieved throughaddressingcultural differences,
bothworkplaceandholistic, supporting theemployee
in theworkplace throughoneononementoringand
resulting in long-termemployment.
TheH2Eprogramprovides tools to highlight and
address oldpatterns andprograms and tomake
space for newattributes andbehaviours togrow.
It is innovativeandcuttingedge. Theprogram isa
cultural awakening forboth Indigenous and
non-Indigenous employees.
